Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Pune Maharashtra within the logistics industry. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are pionate about sales and looking to make a significant impact in a thriving company. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. You will be instrumental in promoting our freight services and driving revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking market research and outreach activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Conduct market ysis to understand competitor offerings and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand your network.

Requirements

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent education is preferred; candidates from any educational background are welcome to apply.
  • 03 years of experience in outside sales preferably in the logistics sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal ss with a knack for building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • A resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
