We are seeking a highly sed and motivated Offline Sales Lead to spearhead the development and of offline sales strategies for our wealth management platform in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the financial technology industry with a focus on driving customer acquisition through offline channels. You will lead a sales team design impactful marketing campaigns and elish key partnerships with local financial institutions to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Offline Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement tailored offline sales and customer acquisition strategies to grow the local market aligning with the companys online financial platform business model in Indonesia.
Offline Marketing Campaigns:
Design and execute offline marketing activities such as seminars salons and membergetmember (MGM) campaigns to drive customer engagement and acquisition. Ensure these events are targeted towards relevant customer segments for maximum impact.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit build and manage a highperforming offline sales team. Provide comprehensive training and guidance to ensure team members achieve their sales targets and maintain a high standard of performance.
Partnership Development:
Elish and manage strategic partnerships with local financial institutions and tripartite wealth management companies. Facilitate resource integration and collaboration to enhance market presence and sales effectiveness.
Market Feedback & Product Optimization:
Regularly gather and yze market feedback to help improve the features usability and overall customer experience of our financial products. Ensure that product offerings are aligned with the evolving needs of the market.
Qualifications:
Experience:
35 years of experience in sales or marketing within Indonesian online financial platforms. Strong understanding of offline customer acquisition strategies and experience in operational models for offline campaigns.
Offline Marketing Expertise:
Proven track record in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns including successful experience with customer referral (MGM) programs and other promotional events. Ability to effectively motivate and engage different customer groups in offline activities.
Team Leadership:
Strong leadership ss with experience recruiting training and managing a team of sales professionals. Proven ability to lead teams towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Market & Regulatory Knowledge:
Indepth understanding of Indonesian financial regulatory policies market trends and compliance requirements. Ensure all sales strategies and activities comply with local regulations and industry best practices.
