We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Acquisition Lead with a strong background in the cryptocurrency industry. This role will be responsible for developing innovative sales strategies aimed at highnetworth clients connecting traditional wealth management solutions with emerging ets like crypto and P2P products. The ideal candidate will lead the Financial Advisor (FA) team in converting and maintaining a robust highnetworth client base ensuring our products become key components of their portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Leverage your experience in the cryptocurrency industry to create differentiated sales strategies for highnetworth clients. Develop a bridge between traditional financial ets and emerging et categories such as crypto and P2P positioning our products as essential investments for highnetworth individuals.
Team Recruitment & Training:
Recruit and train a highperforming Financial Advisor (FA) team. Use your industry knowledge to ensure the team is wellequipped to target and engage highnetworth clients effectively promoting the companys financial products in the crypto and P2P space.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Lead the FA team in approaching converting and maintaining relationships with highnetworth clients. Ensure that our crypto and P2P products become integral to their investment portfolios through personalized strategies and ongoing relationship management.
Market ysis & Strategy Optimization:
Incorporate insights and trends from the crypto et industry into the sales of P2P wealth management products. Collect and yze market feedback provide recommendations for product improvements and adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market demand.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate with product marketing and compliance teams to ensure that customer acquisition strategies align with company goals and regulatory requirements while maximizing sales performance and market share in the cryptocurrency sector.
Qualifications:
Industry Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within cryptocurrency funds exchanges or blockchain companies (e.g. Tokocrypto Indodax). Candidates with additional wealth management experience will be given preference.
Customer Acquisition Expertise:
Deep understanding of customer acquisition models and operational mechanisms within the cryptocurrency industry. Proven ability to design and implement innovative and effective sales strategies for financial products.
Leadership & Team Management:
Strong leadership ss with experience in recruiting managing and motivating teams of financial advisors. Ability to drive sales growth and performance across distributed teams.
HighNetWorth Client Management:
Extensive experience managing relationships with highnetworth clients. Demonstrated success in converting highnetworth individuals into loyal customers and integrating crypto/P2P products into their wealth portfolios.
Strategic Thinking & Market Awareness:
Strong ytical ss with the ability to incorporate market trends customer feedback and industry insights into actionable sales strategies that support product improvement and market expansion.
