This is a remote position.
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Support Specialist with proficiency in both Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead validation managing influencer appointment calls and providing online and oncall support especially on holidays. This role also involves database management and market research to stay updated on competitors and current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Validation: Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead validation ensuring accurate information and followups.
Influencer Appointment Coordination: Make appointment calls to influencers ensuring schedules are efficiently managed.
Service Support: Provide online and oncall support particularly during holidays to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Database Management: Maintain update and manage databases for accurate records of customer interactions leads and appointments.
Market Research: Conduct online research on competitors and stay updated on current market trends to provide insights for business improvement.
