Key Responsibilities: As a Czech Sales Consultant you will:
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of our devices and services isting customers in selecting the perfect solutions tailored to their needs.
- Stay updated on the latest devices services and promotions to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Build rapport with customers patiently addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Trouble presales questions and concerns effectively to facilitate informed decisionmaking.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a seamless customer experience and contribute to team success.
Common Scenarios & Call Drivers: You will handle various customer inquiries such as:
- Troubleing mobile device issues to determine whether the problem is related to connectivity the device itself or systemrelated.
- isting customers unable to log into their accounts by identifying root causes guiding them through successful login and educating them on prevention strategies.
Qualifications and Ss:
- Fluency in Czech (C2 level) and English (B2 level) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication ss to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
