Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content to meet the platforms standards and guidelines.
- Identify report and remove inappropriate or harmful content.
- Provide regular feedback to help improve moderation practices.
- Stay updated with community policies and trends in content moderation.
- Collaborate with your team on handling escalated issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Native Czech speaker with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in B2level English for clear communication within an international team.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Comfort in dealing with sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
- Previous experience in content moderation is advantageous but not essential.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Onsite in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Contract: Permanent with a 6month probation period.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts ensuring full 24/7 coverage.
Relocation Support:
- Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
- Relocation Assistance: Airport pickup and help with securing housing (up to EUR 350 for real estate support).
- Assistance with the required legal documents and processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 14 monthly payments per year.
- Meal Allowance: EUR 85 per month.
- Transport Allowance: EUR 65 per month.
- Comprehensive private health insurance.
