Athens Greece (Remote Work from Home)
Salary:
- Base Salary: 1300 EUR Monthly (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 150 EUR monthly
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- 40 hours/week (8 hours/day 5 days/week)
About the Role:
As a Danish Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers using a global payment and money transfer system. Youll play a critical role in resolving inquiries troubleing issues and ensuring a seamless experience for users. This is a remote role providing flexibility while living in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions via phone email and chat
- ist users in troubleing payment and transfer issues
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries
- Follow communication guidelines to ensure clear effective customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
- B2 proficiency in English
- Eligible to work in Greece with one of the following:
- EU citizenship
- Fullpurpose & Specificpurpose work permit card
- Certificate of Protection (refugees)
