Location:

Athens Greece (Remote Work from Home)

Salary:

• Base Salary: 1300 EUR Monthly (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 150 EUR monthly

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• 40 hours/week (8 hours/day 5 days/week)

About the Role:

As a Danish Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers using a global payment and money transfer system. Youll play a critical role in resolving inquiries troubleing issues and ensuring a seamless experience for users. This is a remote role providing flexibility while living in Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions via phone email and chat
• ist users in troubleing payment and transfer issues
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries
• Follow communication guidelines to ensure clear effective customer interactions
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality

Requirements:

• Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
• B2 proficiency in English
• Eligible to work in Greece with one of the following:
  • EU citizenship
  • Fullpurpose & Specificpurpose work permit card
  • Certificate of Protection (refugees)
