We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki. Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist you will serve as a key point of contact for clients seeking assistance with technical issues related to our partner companys products and services. Your technical expertise and problemsolving abilities will be critical in ensuring the seamless operation of client systems and fostering longterm client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Expert Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues reported by clients ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels (phone email chat) to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Technical Education: Educate clients on the functionality and usage of our partner companys products facilitating their understanding and effective utilization.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends technological advancements and product updates to provide informed and relevant support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in a technical context.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1300 EUR gross/month reflecting your expertise and contributions.
  • Permanent Contract: Secure a stable and longterm employment opportunity within a reputable organization.

  • Transportation Allowance: Receive 65 EUR gross monthly to assist with commuting costs.

  • Accommodation Support: Enjoy a taxi transfer to your hotel and two weeks of accommodation.
  • Documentation Assistance: Support in completing hiring documentation for individuals relocating to Greece for the first time.
  • Real Estate Support: Up to 350 gross available to cover agency fees associated with securing permanent housing.

Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU as our partner company is unable to issue a firsttime visa due to local legislation.
