Sales Administrator
Job Description:
- Register unit prices using internal tools (SAP) and client systems
- Handle accounting tasks (invoice processing sales recording etc.)
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- ist with creating internal doents (application forms order data etc.)
- Prepare reports (shipment history unit prices quantities etc.)
- Support prototype events (order processing inspections invoice management etc.)
Requirement
- Sales support experience
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
- This position is only open to candidates currently residing in Japan
