Position Overview:
As a FrenchSpeaking Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating usergenerated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies. You will help foster a safe and positive online environment by identifying and addressing inappropriate content. Your fluency in French and English will enable you to effectively communicate with users and team members ensuring highquality content moderation.
This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of working 2 days at our Sofia office and 3 days remotely allowing you to balance inperson collaboration with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation: Review and moderate content including text images and videos posted by users in French ensuring compliance with community standards and platform policies.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure that any content violating guidelines is flagged removed or escalated for further investigation.
- User Interaction: Handle user inquiries and reports regarding content issues responding professionally and efficiently in both French and English.
- Quality Control: Maintain a high level of accuracy in moderating content and make quick decisions regarding the appropriateness of posts and comments.
- Incident Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases or escalate issues that require further attention.
- Trends Monitoring: Identify emerging trends in user behavior and content types reporting them to management to help improve moderation strategies.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of moderation actions and decisions using internal tools and software.
- Feedback Provision: Share insights and feedback on potential improvements to the moderation processes contributing to the development of guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English: Strong proficiency in both languages is essential including the ability to read and write fluently in French.
- Customer Interaction Experience: Previous experience in customer support or interaction is a plus as it will help you manage user reports and complaints effectively.
- DetailOriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inappropriate or harmful content quickly and accurately.
- ProblemSolving Ss: Ability to think critically and make sound decisions especially when dealing with sensitive content.
- Time Management: Strong organizational ss with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
