As a RomanianSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be an essential part of our customer service team providing topnotch support to our Romanianspeaking customers. Your main duties will include addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring an overall excellent experience with our offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Deliver outstanding service to Romanianspeaking customers through phone email and chat. Respond to inquiries about our products orders and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Issue Management: Effectively manage customer complaints and concerns aiming for resolutions on the first contact. Work with other departments to escalate and address complex issues quickly.
- Product Expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
- Data Maintenance: Keep customer records updated and accurate in our CRM system. Track interactions and customer feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate with fellow customer advisors and other departments to exchange insights and best practices fostering a supportive team culture.
- Sales Assistance: Help customers with product suggestions and upsell opportunities contributing to the overall sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Romanian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Customer Service Background: Experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are critical.
