Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Agile Project yst to join our dynamic team. This entrylevel role is ideal for individuals with a pion for Agile odologies and a strong desire to contribute to successful project outcomes. As a Junior Agile Project yst you will ist in the planning and monitoring of Agile projects working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- ist in the planning and coordination of Agile projects including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
- Support the Agile Project Manager in tracking project progress identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and doent requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain project doentation including project plans status reports and action items.
- Facilitate communication between team members ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals and tasks.
- yze project data and metrics to identify trends areas for improvement and recommendations for process enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives to provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of Agile odologies (Scrum Kanban etc.) and Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or coursework in Agile odologies (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP)).
- Experience with Agile project management software or tools.
