Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Investment Banking yst to join our dynamic team specializing in Restaurants & Food Service sector transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in investment banking focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising and strategic advisory services within the vibrant food and beverage industry. The position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in finance a pion for the restaurant industry and a desire to excel in a collaborative and growthoriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- ist senior bankers in executing transactions including M&A advisory capital raising and strategic consulting ignments within the Restaurants & Food Service sector.
- Conduct financial ysis including financial modeling valuation and comparable company ysis.
- Prepare client presentations pitch materials and information memoranda.
- Perform industry and companyspecific research to support transaction and client meetings.
- ist in the due diligence process including coordination with legal accounting and other professional advisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different functional areas to deliver highquality client service and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance or related fields preferred (internship experience will be considered).
- Strong ytical ss and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Enthusiasm for the Restaurants & Food Service industry and a desire to develop sectorspecific expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
