Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 12

Shift Notes: 12 HR Nights Must cover MS and PCU as needed 36 HR Guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required

OnCall Requirements: No Call

This is a 25bed MedicalSurgical Unit.

Average 46 patients per ignment.

Dress Code: Scrubs (top and bottom) any color No denim no Tshirts No perfume or fragrances. No body jewelry.

** Looking for an RN that will cover Med Surg and PCU. PLEASE NOTE EXPERIENCE ON WORK HISTORY ON SUBMISSION FOR BOTH!

** Requested time off during this ignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!

** NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Need to be available for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays so they can schedule whichever is needed.

• Minimum of 2 years CURRENT MS and PCU experience Required
• Meditech EMR experience Preferred
• Previous travel experience Preferred
• BSN Preferred
• BLS (AHA) Required

• Ss Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications (NH license (or compact) BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
