Production Lead

Position Summary:

The Production Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of production associates ensuring efficient workflow and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of production associates providing guidance training and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify prioritize and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve product quality.
• Monitor production schedules quality standards and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. engineering quality maintenance) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
• Ensure a safe and positive working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes quality control and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or shift work as needed.
