We are looking for a Software Engineer (Backend) to handle the development and planning of the new product Xard.
Xard is a platform service that enables companies to issue virtual and physical VisaJCB cards for their own brands quickly and costeffectively. It APIizes all transactions including card issuance usage eligibility determination and transaction history inquiry achieving seamless service integration through a unified mechanism.
At our company regardless of age or experience we operate as a team where all project members contribute their opinions based on technical expertise. Each engineer is responsible for fullstack development from frontend to backend.
Specific Responsibilities
- Improvement of Xards functionality and web application design development and operation
- Documentation creation and review of specifications and designs
- Improvement/technical proposals for feature development

Minimum Requirements

- Experience in application development using Go (professional experience not required)
- Over 2 years of experience in defining requirements designing and developing web applications
- Individuals who resonate with Infcurions vision and values are welcome.

- Implementation with DDD and Clean Architecture Test Experience
- Infrastructure design and operation experience with AWS and other platforms
- Microservices architecture experience using container technologies such as Docker
- Design development testing and operation experience with applications meeting requirements such as missioncritical and highvolume transactions.

Annual Salary:JPY *based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Salary adjustments: Twice a year
- Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
- Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)
- Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
- The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
- Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
- The flextime system does not have a core time.
- Saturdays Sundays and national holidays
- Annual paid leave (provided according to company regulations from the first day of employment)
