Available positions:

1. Customer Service Representative:

Provide exceptional support to customers via phone email or chat.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

2.Sales Representative:

Engage with potential customers to promote our products and services.

Achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.

Provide insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies.

3. Content Moderator:

Review and moderate usergenerated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Identify and escalate any violations or issues.

Collaborate with the team to improve content quality and user experience.

Requirements:

Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish Swedish Norwegian Finnish or Icelandic) and B2 English proficiency.

EU passport or valid residence permit in Portugal.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Previous experience in customer service sales or content moderation is a plus but not required.
