Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients to promote our products and services tailoring pitches to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities in the Polish market.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities client interactions and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

  • Native Polish language proficiency.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or above with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales business development or customerfacing roles is advantageous.
  • A resultsdriven approach with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
