Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production packaging processing equipment and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical refrigeration pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve equipment performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Provide technical support and training to other maintenance personnel.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical or vocational training in maintenancerelated fields is preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
- Experience with refrigeration pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.
- Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
