Senior Fullstack Developer

Overview:
Elevate Calls Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Senior FullStack Developer with experience in building and maintaining SaaSbased CRM systems. This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about delivering highquality scalable solutions and enjoys working in a collaborative fastpaced environment. You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing robust web applications that drive our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• FullStack Development:
  Design develop and maintain highquality frontend and backend components of our SaaS CRM platform using modern technologies such as React Node.js and MongoDB.
• System Architecture:
  Contribute to the architectural design of the CRM system to ensure scalability reliability and performance. Lead efforts to improve and optimize the existing codebase and infrastructure.
• API Development:
  Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between different modules and external services.
• Collaborative Development:
  Work closely with product managers UX designers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver highquality features.
• Code Review & Mentorship:
  Conduct code reviews provide feedback and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Testing & Debugging:
  Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the stability and reliability of the CRM platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack.
• Performance Optimization:
  Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve application speed responsiveness and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on SaaS and CRM applications.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React Angular or Vue.js.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js Express and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

NicetoHave:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
