Job Scope:
- Developing project sales on the real estate project channel for French brands
- Oversee the project business by developing strategies identifying new projects meeting developers monitoring installations and conducting site inspections
- Attend site meetings tender interviews and resolve all site technical issues with consultants main contractors subcontractors and developers
- Able to comprehend construction drawings
- Follow up regularly with consultants on all authorities requirements
- Build network of relevant professionals to benefit the business
- Support the sales activities with promotions campaigns launching and other marketing activities to promote sales
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree or equivalents
- At least 2 year of working experience
- Proven Sales Manager experience in a project management environment
- Preference for candidate who has proven relevant B2B experience
- Strong networking skills with authorities consultants and subcontractors
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercially driven self initiator pro active and a team player
- Able to work independent and with attention to detail
- Fluent in verbal and written English BM & Mandarin
Salary:
Up to MYR 7000 (Basic) Commission
