Role Description
This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Strategic Account Manager. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts developing strategic account plans identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. STAMs are our clients IT advisors.
Qualifications
- Account management sales and Client Relationship Management (CRM) skills (3 years experience)
- Strategic planning and business development skills especially as it relates to Information Technology
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with all ranges of client contacts including (but not limited to) technical office management and Csuite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Ability to multitask organize manage multiple priorities and manage a calendar as well as deadlines
- Ability to learn new concepts applications and practical application of technologies quickly
- Experience in IT services or related industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field (Recommended)
- Certifications in industry or technologyrelevant are a plus
- Entrepreneurial background is a plus
Working Conditions
- Extended periods of time sitting at a computer including video calls over Microsoft Teams
- Frequent driving is required STAMs are expected to visit with clients inperson at their place of business
