Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate usergenerated content (texts images videos) in accordance with company policies and community standards for the Italian market.
  • Identify and escalate potentially illegal or harmful content to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure content complies with ethical and legal standards protecting users from abuse and inappropriate material.
  • Respond to queries related to content moderation from internal teams.
  • Contribute to team processes and suggest improvements to enhance content moderation efficiency.
  • Stay uptodate with evolving content policies and moderation best practices.

Requirements:

  • Native in Italian spoken and written.
  • Good English proficiency (training will be conducted in English).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to online safety.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and nights.

Training:

  • Duration: 10 working days 8 hours per day.
  • Language: English.
  • Training start times may vary between 08:30h and 09:30h depending on your group.
