Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist buyers and sellers in navigating the online marketplace and resolving any issues related to transactions listings payments and deliveries.
  • Review and monitor listings to ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Support customers via multiple channels (email chat phone) to provide solutions and assistance.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Stay updated on marketplace guidelines new features and policy changes to provide accurate support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Native in Italian both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English (training will be conducted in English).
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support ecommerce or a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a variety of customer requests.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.

Training:

  • Duration: 10 working days 8 hours per day.
  • Conducted in English.
  • Training start times may vary between 08:30h and 09:30h depending on the group.
