Job Description
SCOPE & AUTHORITY
- Supports in the agreement of Service Level Agreements for each service and ensures consistency of content and approach.
- Investigates all appropriate means to improve IT / network service investments and delivers / improves / changes / restores a quality service to the end users.
- Tracks routes and redirects problems to correct resources.
- Empower users to find information selfsolve when they decide to and learn more about Microsoft products services.
- Advise users on how to gain additional value from their Microsoft products.
- Assists in development and delivery of enhancements bug fixes and infrastructure deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in ICT(Software/Network) or HND (Software/Network) or similar kind of experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Sound academic background
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written)
- Knowledge of the Information and Communication Technologies infrastructure (hardware databases operating systems LAN WAN etc.)
