Job Description
Job Scope:
- Supervising accounts department overseeing financial operation and monthly management accounts.
- Ensure timely financial reporting tax estimation/revision & submission.
- Preparing and monitoring budget & financial projection managing cashflow and funding requirement.
- Developing implementing and reviewing standard operating procedure
- Liaising with Tax Agent Auditors Company Secretary in relation to tax accounting and secretarial matters.
- Strategize on fund procurement through financial institutions that involves loan application redemption charge and discharge.
- To ensure compliance with Companies Act Tax Laws Accounting Standards Housing Development Act Strata Management Act and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinating with Sales Admin department to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Jointly overseeing credit control with Sales Admin department.
- Reviewing monthly sales report progress collection and sales target achievement.
- Managing general office admin office upkeep office equipment procurement computer software and licensing.
- To assist in feasibility study and cashflow projection for new land bank acquisition new property development joint venture proposal tender exercise etc.
- Analyzing and developing strategic business plans based on the Companys financial standing.
- Evaluating financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in a property development company.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized.
- Experience in financial modeling and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with property development industry practices and compliance requirements
