Job Description
- Generate Paycycle generation for local and overseas location employees.
- Process Payroll journals and payroll reconciliation in a timely manner.
- Manage suppliers payments for multiple location.
- Support Global team queries in regards to procurement payments bills.
- Sales Order Processing Invoicing and attending to queries from Customers and Internal stakeholders.
- Process Employee Expense report reconciliation and payment Reconciling bank and credit card accounts monthly.
- Transfer Pricing calculation and Intercompany invoicing process
- Responsible for monthend closing and preparation of Income statements and monitor revenue and cost variance analysis.
- Ensure all end of month closing are achieved within targets effectively lead monthly quarterly yearend activities with global team
- Processing balance sheet reconciliations for all subsidiary and review with Manager
- Complying with federal state and local legal/tax requirements by maintaining compliance documentation and maintaining historical records by filing documents electronically.
- Staying informed on Accounting standards tax filing HR standards and other related government regulations and developing and documenting policies and procedures.
- Support for YearEnd Audit and Other ad hoc audit
- Handle Finance Projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Document and update processes and workflows.
- General accounting support tasks (payables receivables journals etc)
- Assist with ad hoc reporting for internal and external needs.
- Act as a backup for Finance Administrator.
- Detailoriented & thorough accuracy go into length to provide data.
- Autonomous able to manage multiple deadlines.
- High proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel preferred)Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Good communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in Finance/AccountingProfessional Qualification CAor CPA highly desired (or actively pursuing qualification).
- Good Knowledge of Accounting standards GAAP IFRS and taxation knowledge.
- Good knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP software.
- 5 years of accounting experience in a global role.
- Experience working with accounting standards.
