Icelandic Social Media Specialist In Lisbon

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess usergenerated content in Icelandic to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate teams.
• Provide feedback and insights on trends in usergenerated content to help improve moderation processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation practices and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions in our systems.
• Assist in the development of best practices and guidelines for content moderation.

Requirements:

• Native Icelandic speaker with strong communication skills.
• B2 level proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
