Compensation: PerformanceBased Pay with Hourly Rate of $70/Hour SuccessBased Bonuses and Equity Considerations OnTarget Earnings (OTE) of $280K Annually

About Us:

Mobius Ventures is a rapidly growing venture accelerator specializing in providing handson support to highgrowth startups in key areas such as sales capital raising hiring and product development. We are seeking experienced and driven Operating Partners who have a proven track record in securing and executing highvalue projects. In return Operating Partners will earn $70 per hour for project along with successbased bonuses equity considerations and annual performance bonuses. This is an entrepreneurial role ideal for individuals with a background in consulting and business development who want to partner with startups and make a significant impact.

Role Overview:

As an Operating Partner you will have dual responsibilities: bringing in business through sales development and executing highvalue projects. You will engage with startups across a range of services including sales strategy capital raising hiring and product development. Once projects are secured you will lead the and work closely with founders and the Mobius Ventures team to deliver successful outcomes. This is a performancebased role with ontarget earnings of $280K annually through hourly pay bonuses and equity considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and secure business opportunities from highgrowth startups in areas such as sales capital raising hiring and product development.

    • Leverage your entrepreneurial mindset and network to generate new opportunities.

    • Collaborate with Mobius Ventures to create tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients.

  • Project :

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring smooth and successful of projects.

    • Earn $70 per hour for project with additional successbased bonuses and equity considerations.

Types of Engagements

  • Sales Engagements:

    • Lead sales projects developing gotomarket strategies sales funnels and revenue generation plans for startups.

    • Earn performancebased revenue sharing from the sales projects you execute.

  • Capital Raising Projects:

    • Assist startups with capital raising efforts including crafting investor pitches financial strategies and securing funding.

    • Earn fees based on the total capital raised with performancebased bonuses tied to success.

  • Hiring Engagements:

    • Oversee hiring efforts for startups helping them attract and secure top talent for key roles.

    • Earn a percentage of the annual salary for each successful hire.

  • Product Development Projects:

    • Guide startups through product development processes from concept to launch ensuring alignment with market needs.

    • Earn bonuses based on the successful of product development engagements.

Compensation Structure:

  • Business Development: 12.5% Commissions upfront on any deal brough to Mobius Ventures. Average Contract Value is $50K.

  • Project Hourly Rate: $70 per hour for project while on an active project

  • Success Based Cash Bonuses Dependent on Project Type

    • Revenue Sharing: Earn a percentage of revenue generated from sales engagements.

    • Capital Raising Fees: Earn fees based on the total capital raised for startups.

    • Hiring Commissions: Earn a percentage of the annual salary for each hire secured through your hiring engagements.

    • Product Development Bonuses: Receive successbased bonuses tied to the completion and success of product development projects.

  • OnTarget Cash Earnings: Operating Partners can expect to earn $280K annually through a combination of hourly pay successbased bonuses and additional incentives.

  • Annual Performance Bonuses: Topperforming Operating Partners will be eligible for annual bonuses based on overall project success and client satisfaction.

  • Equity Considerations: Highimpact partners may receive equity in startups based on their contribution to project success and company growth.
