Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role you will support various supply chain functions analyze data to drive operational efficiency and assist in the management of supply chain processes. You will work closely with senior analysts and supply chain managers to ensure smooth operations and help optimize our supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports on key supply chain metrics including inventory levels order fulfillment and supplier performance.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordination: Support coordination between suppliers manufacturers and distribution centers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update supply chain documentation including process flows standard operating procedures and inventory records.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to senior supply chain staff including scheduling meetings preparing presentations and managing correspondence.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving supply chain issues including inventory discrepancies order delays and supplier concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 02 years of experience in supply chain management logistics or a related field. Internships or relevant coursework can be considered.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; excellent attention to detail; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical: Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g. ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; eagerness to learn and grow in the supply chain field; strong organizational and time management skills.
