Junior Social Media Specialist In Lisbon

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content in Dutch ensuring it complies with community standards and platform policies.
• Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take the necessary actions to address it including escalation when needed.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality and user interaction.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to continuously refine moderation processes and best practices.
• Stay updated on platform policies trends and community standards.
• Keep accurate documentation of moderation activities and contribute to regular reporting on the teams performance.

Requirements:

• Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• B2 proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Detailoriented with strong analytical skills to quickly identify issues.
• Prior experience in content moderation customer service or a similar field is highly desirable.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
• Familiarity with online platforms social media and content creation trends.
