In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while renting vehicles to customers. You will be responsible for verifying customer information collecting rental fees and ensuring rental vehicles are in safe and working order. Car Rental Agent Duties- Greet customers and provide information about car rental services
- Explain the terms and conditions of rental services to customers
- Answer customers questions about rental services
- Listen to customers concerns and address them appropriately
- Help customers choose the most suitable car for their needs
- Make reservations according to customers requirements
- Check customers driving license and other documents
- Process payments and provide customers with rental contracts
- Inspect cars for damage and cleanliness before rental
