Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content in Ukrainian in line with established community guidelines.
- Identify and remove harmful or inappropriate content.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistency in moderation.
- Stay updated on platform changes and policy updates for accurate moderation.
Candidate Profile:
- Native Ukrainian speaker with strong communication skills in C2 English.
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to make fast informed decisions.
- Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging content.
- Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
Work Arrangement:
- Onsite position in Thessaloniki with rotational shifts.
- Permanent contract after a 6month probation period.
Relocation Support:
- Two weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
- Airport pickup service provided.
- Assistance with finding accommodation with a EUR 350 housing allowance.
- Full support with paperwork and settling into the new location.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary paid over 14 months.
