Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate user content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content.
- Report issues and provide feedback to improve moderation practices.
- Stay uptodate with moderation guidelines and trends in online content.
- Collaborate with your team to resolve escalated cases promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Native Czech speaker with good communication skills.
- Proficient in C2level English to communicate effectively within a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive content with discretion and professionalism.
- Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Conditions:
- Location: Onsite position in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Contract: Permanent position with a 6month probation period.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Relocation Package:
- Accommodation: Two weeks of hotel stay upon arrival.
- Relocation Assistance: Airport pickup and support in finding housing (up to EUR 350 for real estate assistance).
- Guidance in obtaining necessary documents for legal work in Greece.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Paid across 14 months annually.
- Meal Allowance: EUR 85 per month.
- Transport Allowance: EUR 65 per month.
