Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content to ensure it meets platform standards and guidelines.
- Identify and report harmful or inappropriate content.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding content quality and issues.
- Stay updated on community standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to address escalations and unusual cases.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
- B2 English proficiency to work effectively in an international setting.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to evaluate content accurately.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Conditions:
- Location: This is an onsite position based in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Contract: Permanent with a 6month probation period.
- Working Hours: Rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.
Relocation Support:
- Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
- Relocation Assistance: Airport pickup and help in finding housing with up to EUR 350 support.
- Document Assistance: Guidance in handling necessary legal documents and permits.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 14 monthly payments per year.
- Meal Allowance: EUR 85 per month.
- Transport Allowance: EUR 65 per month.
- Private Health Insurance provided.
