DS Technologies Inc is looking for Senior Mechanical Engineer PE EPC EPCM role for one of our premier clients.
Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer PE EPC EPCM
Location: Saint Louis MO (Can be based out of Tucson AZ as well)

Overview:
This role involves the design and specification of mechanical equipment and systems including materials handling and equipment layouts in a heavy industrial environment. The engineer will participate in capital cost estimation develop designs from concept to final stages and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and specification of mechanical equipment including conveyor systems crushing screening dust collection and piping systems.
- Prepare capital cost estimates by calculating capacities weights and quantity takeoffs.
- Develop conceptual to final designs using CAD and 3D modeling software (Revit or similar).
- Prepare project flow sheets conduct feasibility studies and create reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and multidisciplinary team members.
- Travel is required based on project needs.
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred).
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the mining cement and/or lime industries.
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Solidworks or Inventor.
- Strong materials handling experience.
- Experience in leading projects.
NicetoHave:
- Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with wet and dry grinding systems and slurry handling.
- Familiarity with Belt Analyst Bulk Flow Analyst Aggflow Pipeflow and Caesar II software.
