Eight years of progressive retail/food/services management experience. One year of experience must include the following with in the last five years: Main Store Manager General Manager Operations Manager Sales & Merchandise Manager Exchange Retail Business Manager Exchange Business Manager Branch Store or Region Retail Program Specialist.

Or

Bachelors degree and six years of progressive retail/food/services management experience. One year of experience must include the following within the last five years: Main Store Manager General Manager Operations Manager Sales & Merchandise Manager Exchange Retail Business Manager Exchange Business Manager Branch Store or Region Retail Program Specialist.

Degree (one of):

BACHELORS DEGREE Preferred


Major/Minor (one of):

BUSINESS Preferred

Major Duties

Manages financial analysis budgeting and business planning activities. Monitors performance of staff to ensure goals and targets are met. Takes corrective actions as necessary.
Oversees the daily operations of the Exchange. Interacts with retail food services human resources loss prevention to ensure of programs.
Intervenes with military command elements which include command meetings (town hall weekly staff meetings) real property master planning and protocol.
Develops trains coaches and mentors managers and associates for future development.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Challenges

Minimum oneyear deployment assignment

Must pass military medical physicals

Position is in a Contingency location: living and working conditions may be considered adverse

Must be able to obtain a US passport
