JD:

1. 1520 years of total IT work experience in working with US based customers with good understanding of Salesforce and Data related deliveries HLS domain is needed
2. Should be located in Chicago area and willing to work out of the customer office
3. Liaison with customer sponsor/ stakeholders for delivery relations and customer expectation management with proven customer centricity
4. Managing the overall account governance including customer feedback escalations risks issues dependencies etc.
5. Background in SF deliveries with good understanding of SF ecosystem thereby able to influence innovations
6. Adept at working with Sales and other stakeholders and supporting presales as well as growth opportunities
7. Understand various account planning techniques such as V2MOM SWOT Account plans etc.
8. Participating/ conducting the weekly/ monthly and quarterly governance meetings
9. Working closely with the onshore and offshore team to ensure delivery are completed on schedule and quality
10. Should have delivered transformation programs as well as Service programs both in Fixed Price as well as TnM model
11. Understands the various commercial and service models of engagements
12. Ensuring the overall compliance in terms of SOW Billing Compliance etc.
13. Background in various types of delivery processes (Agile Waterfall Iterative) with proven track record of process improvements
14. Background in Healthcare Life science is good to have
