Participate in multiple projects with specific deliverables around performance and capacity.
Engage in risk and regulatory management information security generalist activities and information security management.
Review technical project documentation to identify performance and capacity impacts to the infrastructure.
Provide support and consulting for projects identified with impact on performance and capacity.
Work with support teams to provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
Analyze saturation test results and artifacts such as AppDynamics DynaTrace Splunk SAR/vmstat application logs and Performance Center results to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits.
Support capacityrelated BAU activities associated with audit requirements.
Communicate effectively and provide executive summaries of capacity management to partners and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
A minimum of 35 years of IT Capacity Management experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of capacity planning methodologies and mathematical/statistical and quantitative analytics.
Proficiency in ITIL capacity management best practices and the COBIT framework.
Experience with infrastructure architecture and ITSM.
Familiarity with AppDynamics DynaTrace Splunk and operating system performance measurement tools (SAR/PerfMon).
Knowledge of True Sight Capacity Optimizer.
Understanding of Agile methodologies Jira and Confluence.
Ability to create and present data analytics and capacity forecast models.
Understanding of hardware infrastructure architecture and disaster recovery.
Relevant certifications in IT service management information security or risk management are advantageous.
