Job Description
Are you a dynamic individual fluent in Croatian and English looking for an exciting opportunity abroad
We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to join our vibrant team in ClujNapoca Romania. If you are willing to relocate and start a new adventure this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Croatianspeaking customers via email chat and phone.
- Handle customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information in both Croatian and English.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and prompt support.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written).
- A minimum B2 English level.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in ClujNapoca Romania.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.
- Enthusiastic customeroriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
Benefits Package:
- Signing Bonus: 1000 gross paid within the first 3 months.
- Performance Bonus: Available after 3 months based on individual and team performance.
- Meal Tickets: Receive 30 RON per working day (120 per month) directly loaded onto your personal meal tickets card (for 20 worked days).
- Medical Subscription: Full medical coverage starting from the 2nd month of employment.
- Accommodation:
- 3 months in companyprovided accommodations.
- An additional 3 months of rent allowance (500 Gross per month).
- Transportation: All relocation costs covered (including plane bus or train tickets from your current location).
Relocation to Romania:
- This is an onsite role based in ClujNapoca Romania.
- Full assistance with transportation and temporary accommodation for the first 6 months to help you settle comfortably.
