Junior Project Manager

If youre a recent graduate with relevant experience or a young professional eager to build your career this remote role will challenge you and help you grow.

What youll do:

• Collaborate with senior project managers to plan execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Manage project scopes objectives and timelines ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Communicate project status risks and issues to senior management and project teams effectively.
• Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation and budgeting.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle ensuring successful project delivery.
• Lead project meetings keeping teams on track and resolving any issues that arise.

What were looking for:

• A bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Engineering or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in project management or a related role including internships or coops.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide remote teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Trello Asana MS Project or similar software.
• A PMP CAPM or similar certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
