District Manager HTM
Cleveland OH
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Need someone to handle day to day HR/ER operations
- Most employees are housekeeping i.e. Environment Custodians at the prison in addition to employees with disabilities
- Maintain solid emotional state show compassion and be present; understand the importance of confidentiality
- Higher than HR Asst have some TA exp
- Office 365 TEAMS Attend Ops & Safety Meetings
Qualifications:
- Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations personnel matters
- Talent Acquisition /Interview skills
- Computer Skills: Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance
- Be positive and present for employees fulltime and be willing to talk to and encourage employees
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Do you have 7 years of management experience.
3. Do you have 7 years of functional experience.
4. Do you have experience Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
5. Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations personnel matters
6. Talent Acquisition /Interview skills
7. Computer Skills: Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance
8. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
