Job Description:

As a Sales Training and Audit Specialist you will play a vital role in enhancing our sales teams capabilities and ensuring our sales processes meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our sales teams managers and leadership to develop and execute effective sales training programs and conduct audits to evaluate sales process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our sales representatives.
• Create and update training materials presentations and documentation to support ongoing training initiatives.
• Conduct oneonone coaching sessions and workshops for sales team members.

Sales Process Audit:

• Establish and implement audit processes to assess the effectiveness of our sales processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established sales procedures and industry regulations.
• Analyze audit findings and collaborate with sales managers to implement improvements and best practices.

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives individually and as a team.
• Identify areas for performance improvement and work with sales managers to develop and implement strategies for enhancement.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of training sessions audit results and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management highlighting key findings and providing actionable insights.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on industry trends sales techniques and best practices.
• Integrate the latest industry knowledge into training programs and audit processes to ensure our sales team remains competitive and informed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales with a specific focus on sales training and audit.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques processes and industry regulations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
• Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
