Strategic Products Specialist

The Role:

As a Strategic Products Specialist you will work on a wide range of complex projects from concept to realization collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will play a key role in enabling the successful launch of new products and services ensuring they meet business requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).

Your Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements translate those into functional specifications and product requirements
• Design and Develop UAT test plan for new product deliveries or improvements to existing services
• Provide structured progress tracking of UATs to ensure successful deliveries
• Perform User Acceptance Testing to determine that the product developed does what it was designed to do and meets the business requirements
• Collaborate with Marketing Customer Experience Operations and Technology teams to understand business needs and procedures
• Act as a liaison with external industry partners to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Facilitate the launch and introduction of the product or solution into the market or Business operations in collaboration with the Core Segments owners or other Business teams

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Management or a similar field.
• Proven experience in UAT Business Analysis System Analysis IT project management or similar roles will be considered an advantage
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies web services APIs and of user journeys flow diagrams definitions.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Able to interact with crossfunctional business teams as well as to closely cooperating with virtual teams.
• Fluency in English.
