Language Requirements:

Training:
- Duration: 7 days (09:00 17:45) including a 3day nesting phase
Salary:
- Starting Salary: 1350 EUR gross per month (10.95% deductions)
- After 6 months: 1400 EUR gross per month
Job Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer support via calls chats and backoffice operations
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally (No sales involved)
Bonuses:
- Performancebased bonuses of up to 250 EUR based on achieving 3 KPI Gatekeepers/Monitoring Results
Working Hours:
- Shift work covering hours between 09:00 and 23:00
- Weekend shifts between 08:00 and 17:00
- Required to work 2 weekends per month (full weekend or split shifts)
Breaks:
- 1x 45minute unpaid break
- 2x 15minute paid breaks
Bank Holidays:
- Local system with additional day off or extra pay if working on a bank holiday
Relocation support options:
- Option 1: Arrange your own accommodation and flight receive 1000 from the company

- Book your own flight (up to 300 EUR refund for flight costs)
- Stay in company accommodation for up to two months:
- First month: Free
- Second month: 100 EUR (optional)
