Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Renewal Expert/Procurement Specialist to join the SpendHound team at YipitData!

In this Role You Will:

• Help customers buy and renew software for a fastgrowing company.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand their purchase objectives.
• Regularly update customers on upcoming renewals and learnings as well as suggest strategies for contract improvements.
• Work with the Customer Success team to increase engagement with customers.
• Work with SpendHounds Product Team to help us improve and evolve our product.
• Proactively audit customers software stack to identify redundancies and optimize their spend.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have C2 Level English.
• You are a topperforming Account Executive Account Manager or Customer Success Manager who is looking to move over from the sellside to the buyside.
• You have 4 years of SaaS sales experience at a highgrowth SaaS B2B or B2C product company.
• You have a proven track record of successfully selling or renewing software.
• You have a consultative mindset to approaching customer interactions.
• You are a professional with high EQ: You are selfaware empathetic and sensitive when dealing with others.
• You are an individual who is excited to build processes from the ground up in a fastpaced startup environment.
• You are someone who demonstrates a high level of organization and is committed to qualitydriven process methods.
• You possess a high level of SaaS acumen.
• You are a person who demonstrates a passion for emerging technology and enthusiasm for working with our customers to help solve problems.
• You possess an analytical approach to diagnose contract details and make quick calculations to identify future cost implications.
