Job Description
About:
- This lead will support the Adhoc testing
- They will be over 2 onshore Testers and 1 offshore tester
- Need to be comfortable working in a fast paced adhoc production/chaotic environment with little direction or structure
- Will work with Adhoc requests understands how it works in production prod issues demos etc.
- Will handle adhoc requests like:
- test this and understand how works with a new project
- Last minute Demos to stakeholders for existing functionalities
- How prod issues work in different environments
- Hands on Adhoc testing
Skills:
- OSS/BSS provisioning etc.
- Resiliency ability to multitask in an everchanging environment
- Adhoc testing
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Prefers some leadership experience but is open to Sr. resources that want to move into a Lead role
Required Skills : MUST HAVE: OSS/BSS experience. MUST have AdHoc testing experience Lead experience is a nice to have but they need to be senior and want to lead a small team. 10/10 comms MUST be able to start on 10/14/2024 no exceptions
