Job Description
Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Wilmington MA
Required Skills:
8 years experience as a BSA
HCM Knowledge: Any strong BSA can learn HCM within 36 months.
Cloud Security and Compliance: Must have experience deploying security and compliance solutions specifically Oracles Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
RMC experience in the cloud is critical (onpremise GRC knowledge is nice to have but not as important).
Should be experienced in internal audits control definitions building controls and profiles in the cloud.
HandsOn Configuration: The ideal candidate needs to have direct experience configuring RMC not just highlevel exposure.
Technofunctional: The role requires a 50/50 blend of technical and functional expertise.
Vendor Communication: Ability to manage communication with vendors is crucial.
Requirement Documentation: Continuation and upkeep of requirement documentation is expected
