Job Description
We need a BSA with extensive experience in Cloud ERP Security & Compliance.
- HCM Knowledge: Not critical. Any strong BSA can learn HCM within 36 months.
- Cloud Security and Compliance: Must have experience deploying security and compliance solutions specifically Oracles Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- RMC experience in the cloud is critical (onpremise GRC knowledge is nice to have but not as important).
- Should be experienced in internal audits control definitions building controls and profiles in the cloud.
- HandsOn Configuration: The ideal candidate needs to have direct experience configuring RMC not just highlevel exposure.
- Technofunctional: The role requires a 50/50 blend of technical and functional expertise.
- Vendor Communication: Ability to manage communication with vendors is crucial.
- Requirement Documentation: Continuation and upkeep of requirement documentation is expected.
