Job Detail:

Working under the supervision of the Business Relationship Manager/Application Owner:

HR Renew Program.

Understanding the current business processes and systems used.

Collaborating with business and digital stakeholders to document detailed business requirements as assigned for the HR Renew Program.

Collaborating with developers

Obtaining approval of business requirements from business process owners.

Data Mapping for integrations

Analyze data sources entities and relationships to document data requirements and formal system specifications.

Defining test scenarios

Conduct and document Functional and System Integration testing

Training the business on new or changes to applications

Be a selfstarter with solid interpersonal skills projecting a very positive customerserviceoriented attitude.

Great communication and collaboration skills

Adhere to the processes and policies defined by Cabot

Requirements:

Experience

3 years as a Business Systems Analyst

5 years in IT

Workday experience a plus

Integration experiences a must

Excellent verbal and written English skills

Education

BS or MS in Information Systems Computer Science Business Management or equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage concurrent tasks
• Experience with data governance master data management and data integrations a plus
